About
The Madden Giferator is an online application developed by Electronic Arts to promote the 30th installment in the Madden NFL series, allowing users to create their own animated GIFs featuring CGI animations of various football players. On September 4th, 2014, Electronic Arts launched the Giferator web application,[1] which allowed users to create a variety of GIF images based on victory poses using the in-game 3D models of football players in front of a customizable background and an overlaying text. The site was made to promote the game Madden NFL 15,[2] which was released a week prior on August 26th.
