I Have Three PS3s is a YouTube video series in which video gamers facetiously brag about having multiple units of Sony’s PlayStation 3 console system or duplicate copies of a video game title.
Origin
On December 22nd, 2006, a video titled “Three PS3s” was posted on the Internet humor site LoadingReadyRun,[1] in which host Paul Saunders shows off his three Playstation 3 video game consoles and how he uses them. On January 3rd, 2007, YouTuber tokenwebster reuploaded the video to YouTube (shown below), where it received more than 2.17 million views and 27,000 comments in the first seven years.
Spread
On July 2nd, 2007, YouTuber c1ynch uploaded a video in which he shows off having four PS3 consoles (shown below, left). In the next seven years, the video garnered upwards of 870,000 views and 8,100 comments. On October 12th, 2007, a follow-up video clip with Saunders in which he shows off 23 PS3s was included in the LoadingReadyRun [2]Season 4 Finale (shown below, right).
On October 30th, YouTuber indyweb1 uploaded a video titled “I have 0 PS3s,” in which he argues that he will soon have seven PS3s after robbing PS3 owners. In six years, the video accumulated over 350,000 views and 3,100 comments. On May 28th, 2008, YouTuber WILKO uploaded a video in which he brags about owning 100 PS3 consoles (shown below, right).
